"The Obsession"
Nashville, Tennessee - September 15, 2007 - Today, a very unknown band announced the upcoming release of their new CD, "The Obsession". Band member Ben (guitar, vocals, etc.), while doing publicity work at local gas station, said "Many have wondered about the story behind this CD. It all happened rather suddenly one afternoon while we were doing a portrait photo shoot and someone suggested that we try posing for the classic band picture. The picture came out so well we figure that if we can create an album cover like that, we should easily be able to produce the music to go inside the album. And so the band was formed. We came up with the name, "The Obsession" when band member Katie (piano, vocals, etc.) offhandedly applied that phrase to our photography hobby. A little dramatic maybe, but the name stuck. We are still working on the genre, lyrics, music, and purpose of the band. We welcome any input our future fans might have." With such an interesting start, this band's future should be interesting to watch!

Um... *is speechless for the first time all day* ok, number 1: Your cd cover is freakier than some Green Day ones I've seen... and, 2: Are you really going to produce a cd?!?!!?!? Number one track should be (if you are) Ben's "I saw the Light" specialty. :-)
That is hilarious! What an unknown band...with a CD cover but nothing to put in the case. Makes me think of all those celebrities who are making a movie or recording an album and they don't necessarily have the skills to do it.
Hahahaha! ok so i just wanted to say the i am a big fan! Even though we haven't made any mosic YET, i'm jsut so inspired. And Karen can do piano and vocals, i'll stick with Drums. And i'd like to say further more that, "The Obsession" has had a hug impact on my life and i'd like to thank all the band members for taht. So yeah, Thank you all very much.
