For those of you who are interested, here is what I ate for supper.

An appetizer bread roll dipped in seasoned oil.

Delicious, Peruvian Potato Salad

To clear the palate between the cold and hot courses, we were treated to mozzarella balls wrapped in ham that had been aged for 20 months. Quite good actually.

Spicy Beef Empanadas

Simply amazing Beef Kabobs with a Spicy Potato

I really wish I had more time to truly explore this place, the architecture and decoration was simply amazing!

I love my company. :)
