On top of a bridge we spotted this soldier, but he looked so serious and focused that we didn't dare interrupt him.
On a day this hot, we'll take any shade we can get!

I love the photo of the soldier against the wall. The photo and caption run so well together, if you didn't know better, it wouldn't take much to convince me he was real!
And "take any shade" photo certainly expresses the feeling of the day. Actually, sometimes a group of people would be shaped the same way as the patch of shade.
I agree with Jonathan concerning the picture of the soldier. Nice job!
